Secure Messaging

Secure messaging is a dynamic environment and constantly changing technology. Previously, many agencies' messaging requirements were unique to their specific circumstances. Each customer's distinct requirements led to the creation of dissimilar systems and networks. As technology and information sharing evolved there became a need to merge, where possible, the different networks and systems. With the emergence of DMS, agencies were required to adhere to the Director of Central Intelligence's (DCI's) mandate to provide DMS interfaces at their network perimeters. Pinnacle CSI's involvement in all phases of this messaging evolution affords us vast experience and knowledge of the customer's legacy systems and networks. Our Subject Matter Experts are at the forefront of maintaining legacy systems and interconnecting existing systems. Pinnacle CSI provides system and network engineering to support the transition, migration, and evolution of existing systems and networks, as well as the introduction of new systems, networks and capabilities into the message handling infrastructure. Our engineers also perform independent validation and verification (IV&V) and software testing. We remain current on evolving technologies and recommend the integration of new capabilities to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the message handling infrastructure.
